AVOID. I sent a fully functional iPhone through for recycling and, guess what... 'We have finished processing and approved payment, which you will receive shortly for the following devices: Apple iPhone 3g 16Gb \ Not Working \ £55.00'
Erm, NO. I don't think so.
My word against theirs, of course. But it was insured. But I'd rather have gifted it to someone than go through the hassle of making a claim.
Scam sandwich anyone?

have just been notified by simply drop that my phone condition is "not working" was working perfectly well, before I posted it, absolutely nothing the matter with it, I just fancied a change of handset, waiting to see what they will offer me now, not happy....

The service it self was ok but they sent me £5.26 less than what was agreed, I am still awaiting and e-mail from them after sending an e-mail to them 4 days ago.
I would not use them again.

Ordered two delivery bags over 3 weeks, didn't get either of them. sent it off to the freepost address in my own packaging and had to pay for special delivery too as was worth more than £40. They emailed me yesterday to confirm receipt (i sent it three days prior) and said they would text me "shortly" to release payment... nothing. Emailed them to chase them... nothing. The only good thing about them so far is that they offer more money for you're goods. My berry curve 8900 on mazuma etc was worth £80-86 with simply drop I got £101 although during the past couple of days they reduced the value to £80. If you need the money, be prepared to wait... unless you're one of the "lucky" minority who don't experience any set backs.

Very Disapointed so far, I sent my phone four weeks ago and they still say they have not recieved it, fortunatly I had it stamped at the post office and now have to put a claim in which will take lots more time I would imagine....

I also sent a phone to them but they claim they never received it. Bang, that´s 120 quid gone. Should have sold it on Ebay, stupid me!

Absolutely awful - sent three mobiles three weeks ago and am still waiting for payment!!!!!! Simply Drop have said they havent received them - even though they were sent via the post office - proof of posting sent along with imei numbers for the phones and still no payment - be very very careful with these - I would use one of the other Reputable companies rather than these they are USELESS!
