i sent them my phone about 6 weeks ago and heard nothing back off them and sent them two emails. i am so mad. my phone is in working order and said i would get 40 pounds for it. i am going to wite a letter to them and to trading standards about this company ever going to use it again and told all my family and friends not to use it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!. I sent aNokia N73 in full working order, they promised £53 for the phone as quoted on the website, eventually 3 weeks later I received a cheque for £10!! They said tht the phone was in non woring order, it was perfect when it was sent. They seem to hae an automated email response box and no telephon numbers to call. I will be reporting thiss firm to trading standards.

Quoted £22.50 for phone, actually got £17.50. Talk about money for old rope. They are a load of rubbish - avoid like the plague!!!

An extremely comprehensive website and very generous prices but that's about it. Still waiting for payment for a measly £19 a whole month after sending the phone despite confirmation from the website that "Payment has been sent"

i sent a nokia n95 8gb,i was quoted 126.00 ,got a check for 30.00 as it said it was water damaged,but it was being used up untill i sent it and it was in good working order and no damage on it whatsoever,i have not cashed the cheque and returned it to them,wish i,d read the reviews before i sent it.i have used other phone recyclers in the past and would never use this company ever again..please ,please do not use them.ever..

Paid less that the agreed amount on the web site with an excuse of a sratched screen which was fair wear and tare for a phone that was 3 years old and no charger. Nothing said in the at any time about a charger to be sent, will not use this site again or recomend it via facebook. Also trading standerds informed

Dreadful company who I have reported to Trading Standards and Consumer Direct - please do the same if you have a problem, then action might be taken against this scam company.
I sent my phone off for a quote of £100+ and received a cheque for £30 stating my phone was water damaged. It left my house in perfect working order and had never been near water. I'm so annnoyed, I wish I'd taken a lower quote and gone with a reputable company.

took 2 weeks for payment to arrive then it was £10 less than quoted on the internet. no phonenumber on letter to phone and complain. will not be using again or recommending to other as this is a disgrace!!!!!

hi i sold selloldphone a lg shine and it took over amonth to pay and thay knocked 25% of as damaged scrren but screen still has screen cover on and if i wonted phone back charge me £10. the best compony by far is fonebank

it will take them so long to pay you. when they pay you they will cut some couple of pounds off claiming the phone has some fault whereas the phone is in good condition

They say they give good price but when I sent phone in they sent several pounds less as there was no charger included.
Nowhere on their site did they specify this. Upon trying to get in touch they ignored me most of the time. AVOID!!!!

gutted. went for them as more money and am putting it towards a trip to malawi. sent a perfect phone off and have received less than a quarter of price quoted as they say cracked screen, IT WASNT. DONT USE THEM, THEY ARE RIP OFF MERCHANTS

Please avoid these guys. They will rip you guys off.
They quote high amount and will send less than 25% they quoted saying that there is a damage. Selloldphone.co.uk is the work i have used so far.

omg sent my mob on the 15th jan,it was a nokia n95 8bg,sent special delivery,so got there safe,they havnt even mailed me to say got it,and no word on my £118 they said i would get,getting worried i av bn ripped off......wot can i do?

I was going to sell phones to this "company" a few months back and as i have never heard of them or their sister site www.selloldmobile.co.uk, I googled for reviews and guess what? all bad reviews in fact i have not read anything good about the websites yet.
I then sold my phones to envirophones they offered less money but least i knew i would not get ripped off.
Since then i have stumbled accross a few reviews and they are still operating and still ripping people of.
My advice to anybody wanting to sell mobile phones is to do research on websites, read reviews and blogs.
Don't get caught out stick with what you know. If anybody has any views they would wish to share or disagrees with what i have writting here then post your comments and i will reply
