Good price but slow.. took 1 week to send payment, other companies i have used only took 2 days. Payment by Paypal was a bonus though and there wasnt any transaction fee either.

One of the best Mobile phone recycler's.
Very Quick service, requested for recycle packet and received it in one day . Posted the item, with in one day replied me back to update about my phone status, that phone has been received and checking by their engineers.
Next day replied me back that test has been successful and received my cheque with in one day.
Whole process took in just in four working days.
Very pleased with the transaction and highly recommended.

Misvalued 1 of phones sent to them and reduced the price drastically for that phone. Asked them to return it, they said after receiving 10 quid they would. Thats on top of almost tenner spent in sending phones to them Special Delivery. Will never use again.

Went online to RPC and got phone prices, compared to other sites but this one gave best deal. Received my giffy bag on the Wednesday, sent phones off same day and got my cheque on the Friday, Fantastic. Some people have said on the reviews that they sent there phone and they said it was water damaged, with this in mind, before i sent the phones, i photographed the battery white dot and the dot within the back of phone to show it was white and not water damaged. Didn't need to have done in end as there was no problem. Would definately use them again.

there pre paid envelope took about 6 days to arrive, they recieved my phone but after "checking" it they claimed it had water damage and dropped the offer by about 30%, the phone does not have water damage
