Similar experience to others, sent them a fully working phone, heard nothing, chased them repeatedly. Finally got a reply saying the phone wasn't working and offered me a reduced price. I have asked them to return the phone and I am still waiting for it to arrive. I wouldn't recommend uising this company.

No stars at all/ My phones were sent on the 5th March and I received the confirmation that a cheque would be sent within 24 hours. Their customer services don't know who is in charge of the company, the warehouse apparently does not communicate with customer services nor do the customer services supervisors deal with the public. They informed me then that they didn't think one of my phones was working and it would take them some time to investigate it. This company apparently has a BS Management accreditation: I personally find this hard to believe. I have now asked for my phones to be returned and customer services have said they don't know when this will happen because they don't know the status of the order. I am beginning to think this company is some kind of scam. Dont use them: you probably won't see your phones or your money again. If you need cash fast, throw your phones in the nearest bit: you'll have more luck than with this company!

sent our phone off 2 weeks ago, found an email saying they had received it but was not in working condition but it was when we sent it,i rang them they said they could not get it to charge up so now waiting for it to return will go elsewhere do not use, you will be wasting your time..

Sent my phone on the friday had an email on the following monday confirming they had recieved my phone...the check came two days later...very impressive service...sent another phone to money4mymoblie on the same day and still havent heard nothing...wish i had sent it to phone recycle bank as well!

1 star so far, however, it could go lower as I sent my phones in over 3 weeks ago. I received a confirmation email to say they had been received, and then a reminder email to say they hadn't received the phones. After 2 weeks of emailling the customer services, they informed me that the phone I had sent was a different model and this meant the warehouse had to test the phone before they could authorise payment. (? how is this different to the normal process) as of today I have been told they have a 'backlog' in the warehouse and it could be sometime. By the time they actually test the phone we will all probably be fitted with microchips and will communicate by thought transfer. I would not use them again!

They have had my phone since the 8th of feb have sent emails asking whats happing they say they are so busy.It meant to be done in four days and cheque should be in the post themn to!!!

This company has had my working phone since early December. On 22 December was told the phone was in non-working condiition and offered a lesser amount. I asked them to return the phone (3 emails and numerous phone calls later) I received the phone today and guess what - it is working perfectly!
Heedless to say my advice is BEWARE!
