Service a little slow - sent the phone a while back and only after sending them an e-mail did I receive my cheque - paid amount agreed. Apart from being a little slow I was satisfied - Probably use them again.

Did pay the amount agreed but the process took over 2 weeks to sort and I had to chase up that they had received the phone; make sure that if you are doing freepost you get proof of purchase. They were efficient in responding to my enquiries

I have used MoPay a few times and they have always been excellent and paid the amount agreed promptly, OK they do not always offer the highest amount but at least you know you are going to get your money. Would highly recommend

sent off 3 phones mid december only just received payment at the end of january something to do with problems with pay off line but did get £10 m&s vouchers from mopay as a sorry but dont think i will use again
