No worries here - everything happened as they said it would.
Got quoted the best price I could find. Their envelope arrived - popped the phone in having added some packing. Received an email to say they had received it and a couple of days later another saying that their cheque was on its way - which it was!
Impressed - will use again.

Top price given, Nobody else could beat the price I got. A little long winded in receiving the cheque but this was due to staff testing the unit before committing themselves. Will use again.

Phone sent off on the 26th recorded delivery for the 27th, received and e-mail on the 27th to say phone had arrived and 8 days later cheque has arrived as promised. Will use ageing, well if it still the best price!

Happy with price for phone, but timescale from contact to receiving cheque was very slow.Took 5 days to get envelope.They had phone 4 days before acknowledging this.The processing, checking etc meant it was 23.7 before cheque arrived. I used Fonebank 18 months ago and from initial contact, receiving envelope, sending phone and getting cheque took only 5 days.
