Very angry with this company.. They offered me a massive amount of £132.55, when they recieved the phone apparently it was "Cracked" .. They sent me images of the phone, and it had a major crack at the bottom of the screen! it was NOT the postage, it was them, because it was wrapped in ALOT of bubble wrap and postage. Very unhappy and would NOT recommend them AT ALL.

Had my phone devalued when they recieved it as they said the back was cracked and the plastic cover at the top was coming apart. I asked them to send it back as i knew this was false, when i recieved the phone back the above mentioned damage was not on the phone so they are obviosly just making up damage to save money. I would not recommend this companyb

The price was good, and the freepost envelope came quickly, but they re-valued my phone as it had some small marks on the screen.
They returned my phone within 4 working days.
