I saw the Mazuma advert on TV and felt confident that I was sending my working Nokia to be recycled by them as I didn;t want the hassle of selling it through eBay.
Several days later I recevied my payment in the post which was significantly less than originally expected because they deemed the phone to be not-working which was very much not nthe case when I sent it.
When I asked for the phone to be returned they siad it was too late and that they had emailed me to updtae me of the revised offer and my non-reply deemed the offer accepted. Problem was I never got an email so never had a chance to reject the offer. I asked repeatedly for proof that the email was sent and was repeatedly fobbed off.
Frustrated as this cost me a lot of money and there is nothing I can do about it now. Will NEVER use them again

Sold my phone to mazuma about 5 months ago and as stated from the last review they were excellent...i sent my phone off to them and recieved a cheque with about 5 days. Can't fault them at all and thought i should mention it as nobody else seems to be leaving them any feedback.
Ok you don't get as much money as some other sites for the sake of a couple of pound i'd rather have the peace of mind...wouldn't you?

I cannot believe nobody else has reviewed this company. They are excellent. Absolutely brilliant service. I saw them on telly then found them on your site and although they did not offer the best price, I read your other reviews showing all the bad experiences with other recyclers. Mazuma paid in 2 days and I got what they said. I will always use Mazuma in future and recommend them to anyone. Thank you, thank you, thank you Mazuma and you Compare Phone Recyclers.
