Sent my iphone special delivery, herd back from them 3 day later with a revised price not too much of problem. 7 weeks later still no payment, therfe excuse was the accounts department are under pressure.. STAY WELL CLEAR - PRICE LOOKS ATTRACTIVE BUT DONT COME UP WITH REDDIES..

They've had my phone over a month, don't respond to emails and rarely answer the phone. they claim they've posted 2 cheques, neither of which has arrived. it's a joke and a rip off!!

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

i sent 2 phones together a broken blackberry which they offered £19 for and a n95 8gb which they offered £95 for, sent phones after a short while phones had been checked and they stuck to the valuation which was good, but thats where the good part ends!

i was in no rush for the money but it is now nearly 5 weeks since and i think it is getting a bit silly! I had to call them on tuesday to ask what was happening, they told me the 'system' was running slow but he would have the cheques sent out by 1pm the next day. next day comes and as he said i get a letter by 1pm. to my much displeasure though there was only 1 cheque for £19 and was missing £95. i have tried calling them 34 times in the last 2 days but no answer, i have sent 3 e-mails and am still unsure if or when i will get my money, so..................... Would advise everyone that this company may have the best price but you may have to wait a long time to see the money!!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE RECIEVED AN E MAIL ON THE 8/7/10 THAT I WOULD HAVE MY CHEQUE WITHIN 2 WEEKS. STILL WAITING!!!!! THEY WERE QUICK ENOUGH TO SEND THE BAG TO ME SO THEY COULD HAVE MY PHONE BUT REALLY DON'T LIKE PAYING OUT!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! SCAM!!!!!!!!

An absolut joke! Had an email to confirm that phone would be worth £26, payable withing 7 days. I then had an email to confirm that the phone had been received and tested and they would send a cheque £22 as agreed. After an email to them they agreed that it should be £26 and they are experiencing busy times so the cheque could take up to 14 days. 31st of July now and after 2 more emails to them and no replys I am starting to get a little frustrated to say the least! If you see that they are offering a couple of quid more than their competitors bite the bullet and go elsewhere - I am now taking them to Trading Standards!

Absolute joke. It is almost a month since I sent my phone and I haven't received a penny. Every call to their number (when they answer it) has been met with another excuse. I will NEVER use this company again.

This company appears to have stolen my phone. Their customer service staff are incredibly hard to get hold of with 3 message boxes almost ALWAYS full. Instead of the 7 days started it's now been 32 days withough payment. Apparently my cheque was posted a week about but i still haven't received it and i've recieved post from other places every day this week. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I am very angry with Earth Mobile!!! I sent my two mobile phones off on the 02/07/10 & I was told to put both mobiles in the same jiffy bag. They received both the phones on th 5th, however they told me that they had only received one! I still haven't had my cheque, after phoning week after week. I really would strongly recommend that you do not use this service! I wouldn't even give it a 1 out of 5. They are useless.

Sent off my mobile 20 days a go special delivery and have still received nothing from this company! They may offer the best prices but they are rubbish at actually paying out! Use another company instead!

This company should be avoided at any cost. I sent 2 phones to them recorded delivery. They first said they never recieved them and then when I told them who signed for them amazingly found them. It took several emails and phones calls all of which said that the phones had passed their inspection and my payment was being processed. After 8 weeks of this I said that I would be driving to thier Windsor office for my phones or payment surprislingly my cheque arrived. AVOID THIS SCAMMING COMPANY

I agreed a price of £202 with Earth Mobile on 20th June 2010 for my I Phone. I sent the phone off special delivery, heard nothing, then got an e mail on the 6th July offering a revised figure of £167 due to cosmetic damage. As in the meantime the next series I phone was on the market all the other mobile phone companies had lowered their values so I accepted the revised £167. This was on the 6th July, it is now 26th July and I have heard nothing. This is the first time I have used Earth Mobile & I wont be using them again, I would advise you not to use this company, I have traded in 7 phones for family over the last couple of years with other companies and I have always received the agreed amount and payment within days.

Good price offered for my phone!

Sent my phone on the 14th June, recieved an email the next day saying they had received my phone- it did say they were busy and could take up to 14 days !

It is now the 23 July and I still haven't had any communication from them. I tried to contact them via phone, I tried this 3 times... NO ANSWER !! I have now emailed them and hopefully they will get back to me ASAP ! Whatever the outcome I will not be a very happy customer :(

Shopped around and got the best price and Earth mobile have updated my orders to Awaiting payment however I still have not received my money. It has now been over 2 months. I will be taking legal action agaianst them.

sent phone recoerded delivery, when i didnt hear from them i went on to royal mails web page and used the tracker service that showed it had been delivered the very next day. not wanting to be a pain i left it a while longer. i have now been waiting over the 7/14 days they said i would be waiting and i am less than impressed with them. i sent another phone recorded delivery to mazooma mobiles and had the payment go in the very next day just 4 hours after reciving a comfermation email from them. may not have got as much for my other phone but at least they paid up.

AVOID AT ALL COST...... EARTH MOBILE ARE COWBOYS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sent special delivery and received an acknowlegment email advising:-
We are expereincing a high level of interest at this time of the year and susequentley it is taking longer to process orders. Susequentley we are unable to pay within the 7 days(as advertised on our website) this is now taking up to 14 working days to process payments.
I thought another 7 days no problem but it actually took a total of a month before I received my cheque and a couple of chase up calls but I did get the agreed amount which I am very happy about.

Excellent price for Blackberry 8310.

Sent phone recorded delivery and received confirmation email a day later that the phone had been received - it noted that they were busy and that payment could take up to 14 working days.

32 workings days later and nothing. Sent a strong email to which I received an apology and confirmation that payment is being raised.

Cheque received for the full amount almost a one and a half months after I sent them the old phone.

Satisfied that I received payment but service diabolicle.

Would not use them again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

They offered me a good price, better than anywhere else. I sent them my iPhone in excellent working order via next day special delivery.

Over a week later I'd received no email or communication from them so I phoned them and they had no record of receiving my phone. The said they'd call back later that day and ... nothing.

After another week of waiting I phoned them again. Their technicians were ALL out for the morning and said they'd phone back and again, nothing!

They finally sent my phone back to me with no explaination whatsoever and no compensation for the cost of special delivery.

Absolute joke, sent an LG Viewty which was in good condition & working & an ipod nano which was working fine.

I recieved an email saying the viewty was not working so they offered me a reduced rate, I then had an email after saying they had not recieved my ipod.

I asked them to send my phone back as I was unhappy with the price but they told me they could not send it back!

DO not use, an absolute joke!
