Useless - I sent via special delivery at a cost of £5.50 and when they received the phone they claim it has a cracked back - original offer was £192 - new offer £83. Phone was in perfect working order and was well packed. Avoid - you have been warned!

Received my phone 1 week after i posted it, Then said that the lcd was damaged, but was in perfect working order when i sent it, only offered me £18 what an insult. Do not use these cowboys

Recieved envelope quickly, but took a while for them to say they had recieved the phone, then took a while longer for them to offer me a price, they knocked off about £30, only just recieved payment and it has took just over 2 weeks! just waiting for payment to clear now.

I received the envelope to post my phone quickly after applying online. I then sent the phone off and waited a few days. After a couple of days I hadn't received an email about the phone being received so I happened to search for reviews and came across this site and a few others. These made me a little wary of the company and I then had thoughts of not receiving the money I had been promised as there seems to be a lot of horror stories. I decided just to wait and a few days later I received confirmation that the phone had been received, tested and passed, even though there was slight damage to battery compartment and some scratches on the phone. I thought it best to write this in order to put peoples mind at rest who may stumble across this review and be in the same position as me. Form my personal experience they are very good and would use again.

Excellent service. Phone posted on a Thursday, the account section of Cashinmyfone site said they received it on the Friday, tested it on the Friday, payment sent on the Monday and payment received in my bank on the Wednesday. A 6 day turnaround and the price quoted on the website. Excellent service.
